Shipping Policy

At vibespree, we believe that clear and honest communication builds trust. That’s why we’ve written this Shipping Policy to help you understand exactly how, when, and under what conditions your order will be shipped. Please read the information carefully before placing an order. If you still have questions, we’re here to help.


1. Where We Ship

Currently, we ship only to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States. At this time, we are not able to deliver to:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • Puerto Rico
  • Guam
  • U.S. Virgin Islands
  • APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
  • International addresses outside the U.S.

If you enter a delivery address in one of the restricted locations, your order may be canceled or delayed. We will notify you by email as soon as possible if this occurs.


2. Shipping Carriers We Use

We partner with trusted and well-established carriers to ensure your packages are delivered securely and reliably. Depending on your location and order type, your shipment may be handled by one of the following services:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)
  • DHL
  • EMS
  • Other local/regional couriers if applicable

Carrier selection is determined by our fulfillment system automatically, based on service availability and logistics. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate custom carrier requests at this time.


3. Order Processing Time

Once you place an order, please allow time for us to verify payment, prepare your items, and package your shipment securely. Orders are processed during regular business hours:

  • Monday through Friday
  • 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Eastern Standard Time)
  • We do not process orders on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will be considered as received the next business day.

Holidays We Observe

No orders are processed on the following U.S. holidays:

  • New Year’s Day
  • Presidents’ Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day

4. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

The total time from when you place your order to when you receive it includes both processing and transit time. Please note that transit time begins once your order has been picked up by the shipping carrier.

Delivery Time = Processing Time + Transit Time

Important Note: These timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. External factors such as weather, holidays, or courier delays may affect the actual delivery time.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your package has been shipped, we’ll email you a tracking number. Tracking may take 1–3 business days to become active, depending on the carrier’s system.

If you haven’t received a tracking number within 5 business days after your order, or if the tracking status hasn’t updated after 7 days, please contact us at support@vibespree.com.


6. Personalized or Custom Orders

If your order includes any personalized or custom-made products, please allow additional time for production. Custom orders may require:

  • Design approval by you (if applicable)
  • 1–5 extra business days for design or embroidery/printing

You will be notified via email if additional time is needed beyond what’s stated at checkout.


7. Address Issues and Delivery Errors

It is your responsibility to ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly. Incorrect, incomplete, or outdated addresses can result in:

  • Undeliverable packages
  • Delayed deliveries
  • Returned shipments (which may be discarded by the carrier)

We are not liable for orders lost, delayed, or misdelivered due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

If your package is returned due to an address error, we can reship it at your request, but additional shipping fees will apply.


8. Delays and Exceptions

Sometimes, circumstances beyond our control may cause shipping delays. These can include but are not limited to:

  • Severe weather events
  • Carrier service disruptions
  • Holidays or peak seasons
  • Public health emergencies

While we do everything in our power to ensure timely delivery, vibespree cannot be held responsible for delays once the package is in the hands of the shipping carrier.
