Making Adjustments to Your Order
If you need to modify or cancel an order, please notify our Client Services team within 4 hours of placing your order. This window allows us to intervene before your order proceeds to fulfillment or production.
To request a change or cancellation, kindly contact us through one of the following methods:
Please include your order number, full name, and the details of your request. We will prioritize your inquiry and confirm any actions taken as quickly as possible.
Note: Once the 24-hour window has passed, we may not be able to modify or cancel your order due to real-time fulfillment and logistics processing.
Special Considerations
- Personalized Items: Orders that include monograms, custom colors, or limited edition items are often processed immediately and may not be eligible for changes or cancellations after purchase.
- Express Fulfillment: For express or priority shipping selections, adjustments are only possible within 1 hour of placing the order due to accelerated dispatch times.
Ensuring Smooth Delivery
- Delivery Address Accuracy: Please verify that all delivery information is complete and correct prior to checkout. We are unable to reroute packages once they are in transit.
- Returned Parcels: If a shipment is returned to us due to incomplete or incorrect address information, you may be contacted for reshipment approval and additional postage fees.
